Summer Reading

For decades the C. H. Booth Library has sponsored a summer reading program to encourage children to keep reading during summer vacation. Children who participate in this reading incentive program benefit in many ways.

• Children are motivated to read.
• Children develop positive attitudes about reading, books, and the library.
• Children maintain their reading skills during summer vacation.
• Children have access to library programs and workshops that further their sense of discovery.
