Kevin’s Community Center Medical Outreach Program – This program will replace the traditional in-office primary care services that was the cornerstone of the KCC mission for the past 18 years. The medical outreach program will encompass educational and community programs, in addition to referrals to medical services and specialty care to network providers in our community. They will no longer be seeing patients but will assist you with finding the right care for your needs.

Newtown Center for Support and WellnessThe mission of the Newtown Center for Support and Wellness is to assess, engage, and collaborate with all facets of the Newtown/Sandy Hook community to identify needs, coordinate resources and deliver supports while assisting in the evolution of an integrated community infrastructure for the future.

Newtown/Sandy Hook Community Foundation Inc.The Newtown-Sandy Hook Community Foundation is devoted to furthering and supporting operations and activities which address the short-term and long-term unmet needs of individuals and the Newtown community arising from the tragic events at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.

Newtown Youth and Family Services – For over 30 years, NYFS has been committed to providing high quality human health services to promote individual and community wellness. Specialized services include: outpatient individual, couples and family counseling, substance abuse treatment services, Autism and social skills programs, prevention initiatives and support groups.

Resiliency Center of Newtown (RCN) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded by a community member for the community.  RCN will be offering long-term healing to anyone impacted by the tragic events of December 14, 2012, ensuring every individual reaches their full potential. The center will be a welcoming place where people feel comfortable connecting with others and with appropriate services to assist in the healing process.
