Movement, Nutrition, and Expanding Your Personal Practice

Sean Fitzpatrick, Personal Biomechanics Trainer and Health Coach is back! Our class will open with a general discussion on what it means to have a personal health practice. We will devote some time to discussing what it means to consume Real Food vs. Food Products, and the impact both have on our health.
Our movement practice will focus on the fundamentals of strength, flexibility, and balance. We will examine appropriate motions of all of the major joints and give examples of how to personalize exercise selections. All are welcome as we will take the time to explore different conditions, questions, and body types. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to explore!
