Mediterranean Cooking Basics

Thursday, March 21st from 1:00 to 2:30 in the Meeting Room. In the second installment of the healthy cooking series, Sharon Martovich will discuss the benefits of a Mediterranean diet, and teach how to prepare a meal of chicken, home-made hummus, and a Greek salad with feta cheese. There will be samples for everyone to try, and recipes to take home. Please register.
