Healthy Simple Cooking for One or Two
Thursday, February 21st from 2:00 – 3:30 in the Meeting Room.
Sharon Martovich, Certified Nutritionist and Chef, will give a cooking demonstration of a seasonal meal, with suggestions for leftovers and a discussion of alternative options for those with nutritional concerns or allergies. The menu will consist of Baked Mini Turkey Meatloaves with Shredded Zucchini, Baked Sweet Potato Casserole, and Baked Fruit Nachos. There will be samples for tasting at the session, and recipes to take home. Please register.
