Gentle Movement with Sean Fitzpatrick

Thursday, April 25th at 2:00 in the Meeting Room. Join us to practice the fundamentals of strength, flexibility, and balance.  Together we will examine appropriate motions of all of the major joints and give examples of how to personalize exercise selections.  All are welcome as we will take the time to explore different conditions, questions, and body types.  Movement and exercise is relative to the individual, and finding successful motion is important.  Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to explore!
