ANNOUNCING THE 2014 ANNUAL SUMMER BOOK SALE
(TENTATIVE) HOURS: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (all items full price)
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday (half price) and Tuesday ($5 a bag)
9:00 a.m. to 12 noon Wednesday (free).
Admission Saturday Only - $5
(18 and under free!)
Visa and MasterCard Accepted.
We are very grateful to the town and school officials who make this sale possible, as well as to the businesses and companies whose support of the book sale allows the Friends to direct more of the book sale's income to the library.

Scanners and other electronic devices are welcome on the sales floor, only if used safely with consideration for other patrons. Stockpiling and "clearing" are not permitted. All items found under tables, along walls, on gym risers, etc,. will be returned to the sale tables.
On Saturday, volume buyers must box and check their intended purchases in a Holding Area (Room 203 or in the cafetorium adjacent to the Children's Area.)
In Compliance with Fire and Building Regulations, aisles and exits must not be blocked. No heelies, food, or pets are permitted in the school building. No small-wheeled carts are allowed in the gym.
Infringement of these guidelines can lead to removeal from the sale.
DONATING BOOKS, MEDIA AND LPs TO THE FRIENDS
Looking to donate books, DVDs, CDs or LPs to the Friends? Just use the rear entrance to the library and drop off your donations on the cart by the dollhouse. Too much to transport? Give us a call at 203-270-4537, and a Friends' volunter will contact you to arrange for a pickup.
All donations to the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library, a 501c3 organization, are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Tax receipts are available upon request.
Donated items may be offered for sale at the annual summer book sale, at The Little Book Store, or through BooksfromBooth, the Friends' on-line storefront.
Please note: we cannot accept encyclopedias, Reader's Digests condensed books, VHS tapes or computer hardware.
